In this competition, we participated and competed in the NASA Moon to Mars Ice and Prospecting Challenge as top 9 finalists. The goal of the competition was to drill through Martian regolith and extract out the Ice in form of the water.

As the rookies in the competition, we won the "Most Innovative" and "Lightest Mass award". Receiving the Most Innovative award was due to our ability to extract the ice using sublimation rather than melting.

We were the only team to attempt sublimation rather than melting and were able to extract liquid at the end as well.
